"In my 36 years of driving I have never had an insurance company that acted in such bad faith. Nice that they send a Christmas card before christmas but how about advanced notice of a non-incident-related rate hike? Nope. Rude employees who half the time don't have the info you need and BAD FAITH liability adjustments. You take Lewis Eady on at your peril. Two words you should remember if you take this agency on: BAD FAITH. You have to sue them to get a fair shake. Not too impressed with the review below alleging Lewis Eady beats his wife, either.
